The Board of Directors of Bank Alfalah Limited has accorded its approval for the continuation of the services contract of Atif Bajwa, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), at the current salary and benefits along with a few clarificatory amendments as per amendment agreement dated December 13, 2016.

According to material information sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Thursday, Atif Bajwa is currently entitled to a managerial remuneration of Rs 7,113,915/- per month, along with other benefits as per terms of the contract and the Bank's policy. The above remuneration is subject to such adjustments/increments, bonuses and other entitlements as may be granted from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Bank and/or in accordance with the Bank's policies.
